Samsung. No doubt.

720p is fine for the size tv you want. Look for at least a 6000:1 contrast ratio.

I love my LG. When I purchased my TV, both Sears and Best Buy agreed that the top brands are Pioneer, Panasonic, Samsung, and LG.

is 720p really that big of a difference between 1080i and p. i know most shows dont even broadcast in 1080 p yet. is it just the picture, or are there extra features on these tv's?

For that size, there is no big difference between 720p and 1080p.

Recently I just got this Samsung 19-inch LCD HDTV, it was very easy to set up in every way. and this tv resides in my bedroom. I have am using the stand that is attached, and have it sitting on top of a table height book case. very satisfied with it.

Thanks a hell of a lot FUNK.

Now I've got a chubby that won't quit until I get one of those bad boys
I had been thinking about it for months and months. And then I was like screw it, if I am going to this I'm going to do it right and I bit the bullet and had something with the works shipped to me. My bank account took a hit, but I am very happy with my choice. I probably could have got one for half that price, but it wouldnt have been as sweet.

Sometimes, when you get sick of thinking of something you just gotta go do it so it's out of mind.

Actually, the SheBar is back into her previous 10 year profession which includes selling top line electronics so she can likely score me something very similar for even a couple hundred bucks less.

We've already agreed that we are giving my son our 31" which will rotate the 38" incher back into my office and the new ChubbyMaker will go out in the main room.

Probably September early in time for National Mashmouth League

I bought this one at Christmas. They sent me a $400 coupon for it, so it was $1999. It has a great picture, but is much bigger than what you are looking for.
